These SMS Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Miller Schackman Team SMS messaging program.
Program Description
The Miller Schackman Team uses SMS messaging to communicate with prospective and existing real estate clients who have consented to receive text messages from us.
Messages may include responses to property inquiries, requested property information, real estate search communications, answers to property-related questions, showing and appointment coordination, showing confirmations, and follow-up regarding an active real estate search.
Consent
By providing consent to receive SMS messages from the Miller Schackman Team, you authorize us to send text messages to the mobile telephone number for which you provided consent.
Consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing or receiving real estate brokerage services.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your real estate inquiry, search activity, and communications with the Miller Schackman Team.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates may apply to messages sent and received.
Opt-Out
You may cancel SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message from the Miller Schackman Team.
After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After processing your opt-out request, we will no longer send messages to that number under this SMS program unless you subsequently provide consent to resume receiving messages.

Supported Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is outside the Miller Schackman Team's control.
