She deserved a 50% fee, and in my 8 years of living in NYC, I’ve never said that about any broker. Without Kate’s patience, empathy, and generosity of her time, I’d still be apartment hunting and growing another ulcer. While I have absolutely no desire to move ever again, if I had to, I’d do my best to find her again. I 3 trillion percent recommend her to anyone who is apartment hunting or looking to buy.
